Autac Introduces TPE Cords for a Variety of Applications
Alternative To Neoprene, Cords Offer Enhanced Retractile Properties
NORTH BRANFORD, CT—Autac, Inc., a leading manufacturer of retractile cords, announces its TPE cords for outdoor, chemical, and water applications. The TPE cords present an alternative to Neoprene and offer enhanced retractile properties not offered by PVC.
Customized to suit specific environments, TPE offers reliable and multi-purpose solutions for any industry, including construction, medical, food service, and automotive. Available in 12-28 AWG, the cords can be designed to handle varying amounts of amperage.
The cords are featured in 12”, 24”, 36”, and 48”, which extend on a 1:5 ratio. Customized lengths and ratios are also available, up to a 12 foot retracted length extending 60 feet, to meet the user’s specific needs. The cords meet UL/CAS specifications.
