Our office and manufacturing facility in North Branford, Connecticut operate on the following regular schedule:
Autac USA will be closed on the following dates in 2026. Both our office and factory will be closed, and no orders will ship on these dates.

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders well in advance of any scheduled holiday closure. Lead times may be extended during periods surrounding major holidays, particularly Thanksgiving through New Year's. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact our sales team as early as possible so we can accommodate your schedule.
Orders placed via our website during holiday closures will be processed on the next business day. Quote requests and custom cord configurations submitted during closures will receive a response promptly upon our return.
